We are no longer be using customer supplied parts. We've had too many issues with wrong parts, not enough parts, bad/brand new parts. We will stand behind our TWO YEAR / 24,000 MILE part and labor warranty on full service repairs. That's double with other shops standards!

Q: Do you do alignments?
A: No. We do not have an alignment rack.
Q: Can I do body work there?
A: Partially. No painting or sanding since we're not set up for that. Parts that bolt-on are okay to replace.
Q: What if I can't get my vehicle repaired before closing?
A: Either you can come the following day to continue work, or you can upgrade to the Full Service Repair and we'll finish it for you.
Q: Do you accept cash, card, or check?
A: Yes. A service fee of $35 will be placed on checks that bounce.
Q: What kind of tools are supplied with the bay?
A: SAE and Metric shallow and deep sockets/ratchet. Screwdrivers. Wrenches. Plyers/Vice grips. Air ratchet, air impact. Work table. Bench vise. Lights. And much more! There are specialty tools such as pulley and balancer removal tools available. A scan tool is available but is only allowed to be used by employees. Most specialty rental tools need to be ordered by a local parts store and will require time for the order to arrive. Lost or stolen tools will be charged to the customer. Broken hand tools will be covered under warranty. REMEMBER- YOU'RE ON CAMERA!
Q: Is there a liability waiver?
A: YES! You and anybody else in the designated work area will be required to read and sign before working on anything. Since there is video surveillance, and the waiver is legally drafted. There are no loop holes. You are working at your own risk. If you sign the waiver without reading it- we will know and have video of that.
Q: What is the lifting abilities of your lift/hoist?
A: All of our lifts are twin post/10,000lb MAX. If you're vehicle weighs more than 10,000 lbs, you'll be unable to lift your vehicle, but are still welcome to use the bay, tools, and floor jack if needed.
